Dream Foundation
Granting wishes for Adults with terminal illnesses (in the last six months of life)

Fairy Godmother Foundation
Our Wish Recipients are adults, 18 and older, with a year or less to live.

The Sunset Wish foundation
Our mission is to bring happiness into the lives of terminally ill adults ages 18 and older and their loved ones through the Wish Fulfillment Program.  When an individual has 1 year or less to live, we can assist in turning their wish into a reality.
