I have a feeling that nearly everyone who has been treated for bone sarcoma has used some of the medications that are included in this lawsuit.

http://www.awptrack2settlement.com/index.htm

As far as I can tell, anyone in the US who has paid all or part of the cost of the drugs included qualifies to sign up to be a part of the suit. The dates go back to 1991, so if you were treated since then, you can join.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I paid some pretty hefty co pays on some of the meds mentioned and I have reciepts to prove it. I will definately be contacting them. Every little bit helps.  Smiley

as much grief as I would go through with my billing 'expert' during my treatments... i think i may just have to re-visit the issue and ask for the itemized amount I payed for each of these drugs....... from the pharmacy it was a co-pay, but in the clinic or hospital it was a percentage.
