Elizabeth mentioned in her entry on "what I wish I knew when I was diagnosed..." that she had wished she had educated herself about the signs of recurrence so she could have known earlier. So...what are the signs of recurrence to look for?
I'm still getting check-ups every six months, but I would like to be empowered with this knowledge, so I don't need to depend on my doctors and x-rays alone.
